Two Vans, Six Cities, Twenty Dogs
While our aircraft often take center stage, every successful rescue mission is made possible by teamwork on the ground as well as in the air.
On this special mission, two of our rescue vans traveled through six cities to help 20 deserving dogs continue their journey toward loving homes. Covering an incredible 2,183 miles, our drivers connected shelters, rescue partners, and transport teams across Fairfield, New Jersey, Greenville, South Carolina, Chesterfield County, South Carolina, Staunton, Virginia, Benton, Pennsylvania, and Patterson, New York.
Every mile driven brought these dogs one step closer to safety and the fresh start they deserved. Whether traveling by plane or by van, our mission remained the same: to ensure every animal had the opportunity for a brighter future.
At Pilots To The Rescue, we are proud to do whatever it takes to move animals to safety. This mission was another reminder that saving lives is a team effort, and every road traveled made a difference.
We are incredibly grateful to Chesterfield County Animal Services, BARRK Animal Rescue, Happy Life Animal Rescue, and Rescue Pets Serving Vets for trusting us to be part of these dogs' journeys. Their dedication to giving animals a second chance made this life-changing mission possible, and we are honored to work alongside organizations that share our passion for saving lives.
