Seven Stops to Safety

This week, Pilots To The Rescue completed another incredible life-saving mission in partnership with Seuk’s Army, transporting 45 deserving animals to safety across seven different shelter partners that were ready to help them begin their next chapter.

The rescue mission covered an impressive 2,221 miles with stops in Fairfield, New Jersey, Atlanta, Georgia, and Chichester, New Hampshire. On board were 19 cats and 26 dogs, each one given a second chance at finding a loving forever home.

Behind every successful animal transport is an extraordinary team effort. From volunteer pilots and rescue partners to shelter staff and supporters, every person involved played an important role in making this mission possible. Pilots Vas Rajan and Stephen Nur dedicated their time and skills to safely fly these animals to organizations prepared to continue their journey toward adoption.

At Pilots To The Rescue, we know this work would not be possible without the support of our rescue partners and community. Every transport represents hope, compassion, and the power of people coming together to save lives.

A special thank you to Seuk’s Army, A Good Dog Rescue, Animal Shelter of Schoharie Valley, Live and Let Live Farm Rescue & Sanctuary, Margaret’s Saving Grace Bully Rescue, New England Lab Rescue, Salty Paws Brigade, and Wings of Freedom for being a part of this important mission and helping give these animals the future they deserve.

We are grateful to everyone who helped make this mission a success and look forward to continuing to save lives together.
