Miles That Mattered Through Partnership

Our team was honored to partner with Friends of Carolina Animals on a recent ground transport mission that helped move 18 dogs toward safety and new beginnings.

This mission was completed by road, with our dedicated volunteer drivers, Albert and Chris, making the long trip to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, to meet the Friends of Carolina Animals team and safely transport the dogs north to rescues prepared to receive them.

Van missions like this are a critical part of our lifesaving work. They require time, trust, and committed volunteers willing to cover long distances to ensure animals are moved out of overcrowded situations and into environments where they can receive care, stability, and a real chance at adoption.

This mission is a reminder that saving lives often happens quietly, on the road, and through the dedication of people who are willing to show up when animals need them most.
