Hope in the Cargo Hold: The Story Behind a 56-Animal Rescue Flight

55 cats and one brave pup are now one step closer to home. Our volunteer pilots, MacKenzie and Paul, traveled hundreds of miles along the East Coast to give these animals a second chance, flying them from a long journey north to safe, loving rescue partners eagerly waiting for them.

Every paw lifted onto the plane brings us closer to our Home for the Holidays goal: placing 200 animals in loving homes by year’s end.

With this single flight, we’re inching toward the finish line, but we can’t get there without the support of our community.
