From South to Safety: A Journey of Hope for 75 Lives
Thirty-one dogs and forty-four cats were given a second chance at life. Pilots Viking and Stevin flew to Greenville, South Carolina, where they met Seuk’s Army and The Barker Project to pick up these sweet animals and begin their journey north. The animals were then transported back to New Jersey, where our dedicated van drivers, Bob and Albert, continued the mission by safely carrying them to Albany and Manchester.
This life-saving transport would not have been possible without the compassion and collaboration of so many organizations working together for the animals. A special and heartfelt thank you to Seuk’s Army and The Barker Project, and to Animal Shelter of Schoharie Valley, Darbster Kitty, The Incredible Pups Pet Rescue, Live and Let Live Farm’s Rescue & Sanctuary, Precious Pound Pups, SNARR Northeast, Upper Valley Humane Society, and Ziva Dog Rescue.
Because of this teamwork and shared commitment, seventy-five vulnerable animals were moved one step closer to the safe, loving futures they deserve. Together, we continued to make a difference, one flight and one rescue at a time.
