Cesar is in need of transport from Gwinnett County Animal Services (located outside of Atlanta, GA) outside the Atlanta area to Fairfield, NJ or surrounding area.   He was a court case dog for 15 months.  He is a lab mix and 7 years old, HW negative and not neutered. He has a mass in his body that needs to be removed, so transport as soon as possible is ideal. He needs to fly by December 4th.
