Save Zanzibar Street Dogs

Mjini, Zanzibar, NC   ✈   Waxhaw, NC

While I know this platform focuses mainly on U.S. transports, I’m hoping someone might be able to help with a unique situation. I’m based in Zanzibar, Tanzania, where the stray dog population is overwhelming. Over the past 13 months, I’ve rescued, rehabilitated, and trained five incredible street dogs — and they now each have loving homes waiting for them in the U.S.

I’m hoping someone here might be able to help with any leg of their journey, or knows of anyone who could. Or, if you know of ways to raise funds to help cover the transport costs, I would be so grateful for any guidance or suggestions.

These dogs have come so far and truly deserve their chance at a safe, happy life.

If you can help with any legs of this mission, it is important that you click the "MAKE AN OFFER BELOW" button, which will alert us. Pilots To The Rescue would love to send you some merch and feature you on our social media pages, but we can't do this if we don't know you have volunteered to help with this mission! Any specific questions regarding including meet-up locations and any additional logistics should be sent to Kathryn Osygus at kathrynosygus@yahoo.com or call/text: 704-301-0664.

THANK YOU!
