I am reaching out in hopes you may be the right resource in helping a dog get from Charlotte, NC here to Connecticut (or as close as possible). SHADOW was a stray found by a Good Samaritan...all shelters and rescues are full there as you know...and somehow this person came across our rescue here in CT (Murphys Paw Rescue). Ordinarily I would not say yes to intaking a dog from new territory as we take in too many already from our rescue partners in similar types of areas. But for whatever reason this one has struck a chord with me and I really want to help get him here. He is now fully vaccinated and is heartworm negative. He was just neutered on October 9th and he needs to get to CT by November 1st. He is about 60 lbs., 2.5 years old. Very sweet with people and other dogs. Please let me know if you can help!
