Bonnie was rescued by MAD Rescue (Malinois and Dutch Shepherd Rescue) from the euth list at a shelter in Junction City, KS. Unable to find a foster in the midwest, volunteers spent hours and days transporting her by car to a foster in Lower Burrell, PA. Four days in, the foster decided she did not want to foster. We have been unsuccessful in finding a foster close to the north Atlantic and are out of fosters in the midwest as MAD has saved many dogs recently. Three dogs were tranported from Junction City, KS the same weekend Bonnie took her freedom ride. MAD has a very dedicated and approved foster in Montana but the trip from PA is extremely long. We would like to utilize a flight to get Bonnie to a foster home where she can thrive. We fully believe Bonnie was used for breeding and then dumped. She was found as a stray and was on the euth listed due to her age (She is a 7 yr old senior gal) and shelter capacity. She travels amazing. She was a gem on EVERY leg of her car travels from KS to PA and her overnight stays. She is housebroken, crate trained, loves people and does great with other dogs. Bonnie is a Belgian Malinois and petite. She weighs 43 lbs, is spayed and up to date on vaccinations. We would really love to get this golden girl who has been through so much to a wonderful home where she can thrive. We can work to volunteer car transporters within a couple of hours of the requested airports if your flight team requires a different pick up or drop off destination.
